Simpson Thacher recently represented ARAMARK Corporation (ARAMARK) in connection with the amendment to its existing credit agreement providing for, among other things, USD3,982 million of new term loans, the extension of USD565 million of existing revolving lender commitments and USD165 million of new revolving lender commitments.
ARAMARK used the net proceeds from the new term loans to repay certain of its existing term loans due 2016 and 2019.
